Service options include a full, restaurant-style dinner menu featuring continental cuisine, available for purchase on board. A full cash bar and your own server ensure your enjoyment.
Entertainment is a mix of live selections and a wide variety of recorded songs to satisfy any musical request.

There is a $6.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown at checkout includes any fuel surcharges, service charges and tax. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.
Tour / Activity Policies
Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.
Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.
Tour / Activity Description
Dinner and drinks are available for purchase on the yacht. Food and beverage items are NOT included in the tour price and no service gratuity is included for them.
OPTIONAL DINING MENU (entree prices range from $18.95 to $34.95)
- Blackened Chicken Alfredo - a tender boneless breast of chicken prepared blackened style and placed atop a nest of linguine pasta Alfredo, served with chef's selection of rice and seasonal vegetables
- Lemon Pepper Red Snapper - a roasted red snapper filet dusted with the ship's own lemon pepper seasoning, served with chef's selection of rice and seasonal vegetables
- Flat Iron Steak Argentine - tender flat iron steak seared to medium and topped with a traditional Argentine green chimichurri sauce, served with garlic red skin mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables
- Chicken Spinachi - breaded boneless chicken breast stuffed with a mix of goat and Parmesan cheeses, artichoke hearts and sauteed spinach, served with chef's selection of rice and seasonal vegetables
- Vegetarian Harvest - an assortment of lightly seasoned, roasted garden vegetables, combined with linguine and tossed in a garlic-infused olive oil
- Stuffed Shrimp - five large blue water shrimp filled with crab and Italian herb stuffing, drizzled with a Cajun remoulade, served with chef's selection of rice and seasonal vegetables
- Boneless Pork Ribeye - tender pork ribeye prepared with a house dry rub seasoning, roasted in its own juices and tastefully accented with a balsamic glaze, served with garlic red skin mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables
- Oven Roasted Salmon - filet of salmon complimented with shallot and lemon beurre blanc sauce, served with chef's selection of rice and seasonal vegetables
- Chateaubriand - classic beef tenderloin slow-roasted to medium-rare and topped with homemade bearnaise sauce, served with garlic red skin mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetable
- Land and Sea - a pairing of two favorites - chateaubriand and stuffed shrimp, served with garlic red-skin mashed potatoes and chef's selection of seasonal vegetable
All entrees include a house salad of mixed greens with mandarin oranges, raisins, roasted sunflower seeds and shredded Parmesan cheese, finished with a raspberry vinaigrette. Servers will be glad to offer children's menu selections.
