10:00 pm daily (Mid March to Mid April & September)
Pick-ups occur up to 60 minutes prior to the tour departure time, based on location. You must order the Add-On for pick-up or you will need to meet the tour "on your own" at least 30 minutes before the tour departure time (details on your E-Ticket).
24 Hours Minimum Advance Booking Required. Reykjavik pick-up & drop-off services are available for an additional fee. If you purchase this service, you will be asked to enter the name and address of your Reykjavik lodging, as well as the name and age of each guest in your party, when you place your order. There is a $6.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown at checkout includes any fuel surcharges, service charges and tax. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.
Tour / Activity Policies
Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.
Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

All COVID-19 travel and masking restrictions have been lifted for Iceland. Currently, anyone may enter Iceland and masks are not required anywhere in the country.

- A northern lights bus tour will be substituted for the boat tour if conditions are too windy to safely go to sea. If this occurs, you will be invited to rejoin the boat tour on the next available day.
- If you join the tour (boat or bus) and there are no northern lights sightings, you will be invited to rejoin the boat tour on the next available day.
- Tours are dependent on safe weather conditions, and northern lights sightings cannot be guaranteed.
- Tours may be cancelled due to unfavorable weather conditions.
- If your tour is cancelled due to unfavorable weather conditions, you will be permitted to reschedule.
What to Bring/Wear
- Bring your cameras and/or video cameras to capture your tour memories.
- Warm clothing and footwear are strongly recommended.

How should we dress? Do we need rain clothes? -- Rain clothes are not needed but warm clothing and footwear are recommended.
Are the boats safe? -- The boats are equipped with the latest in computerized navigation and communication technology, and all safety regulations of the Icelandic Maritime Administration are met and fulfilled. The crews have been sailing for many years and receive regular ongoing safety and survival training.
Do people ever get seasick? -- On occasion, some people do get seasick. Sea-sickness pills are available at the tour office and onboard.
