Summary:: Round Trip Ticket. Child rate applies to children ages 5-12. Children 4 and under are free. Please order online or call us toll-free at 800-816-4914.; ** You will receive an E-Ticket for your tour/activity. We attempt to provide your E-Ticket within 72 hours (if your tour/activity is in less than 10 days). If your tour/activity is within the next 72 hours, your E-Ticket will be processed as quickly as possible. Click here to print your ETicket . You must have your E-Ticket, or you will be charged again with no refund.; There is a $3.95 processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.

Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. All change requests must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Description

This jewel, located in the Straits of Mackinac between Michigan's lower and upper peninsulas, is an area steeped in Indian folklore. Imagine a place where pure air, clear blue water and spectacular rock formations are the norm. Now imagine a place where motor vehicle traffic is replaced by horse drawn carriages and bicycles, a place with stately light houses and Victorian architecture, Mackinac Island is all this and more. And you need a fun way to arrive!

Upon arrival at the dock, professional staff members will greet you and be there to help you if you require assistance in boarding the barrier free main decks of our fleet. Daily parking is free.

Then sit back and enjoy your ride on the newest fleet in the Straits. Enjoy your view of the area's scenic beauty including, Mighty Mac, the world's longest suspension bridge, or watch as our Hydro-Jets produce their distinctive thirty five foot rooster tail spray.

Q: How long does it take to get to Mackinac Island?
A: 16 to 18 minutes.
Q: Can we bring our dog on the boat/Island?
A: Yes, you may bring your dog(s) on the ferry as long as it is on a leash, vaccinated, licensed, and under control. Most businesses on the Island do not allow dogs into their establishments unless they are seeing eye dogs. Also, by city ordinance you must have your dog on a leash and under control at all times as well as clean up after them yourself.
Q: Is there a charge for strollers?
A: Strollers are welcome at no additional charge.
Q: Can I bring my electric wheelchair?
A: Yes, if it is medically necessary they are welcome on the ferry and Island.
Q: Are roller blades/scooters allowed on the Island?
A: Yes, but they are prohibited from use in the downtown area. For more information please contact the local Chamber of Commerce.

SECURITY NOTICE:
Pursuant to the requirements of the Maritime Transportation Security Act of 2002, and, subsequent United States Coast Guard regulations, we have implemented several security measures for your protection.

You can expect to see increased signage identifying Restricted Areas, and warning that All Vehicles, Packages, Boxes, Luggage Personal Effects, Tool Kits and Persons Entering our Property and Vessels Are Subject to Search.

The above is a condition of entry and is necessary to assure that dangerous substances and devices that pose a real danger of violence or threat to security are not present.

We will no longer ship items that are left unattended on our docks and not properly received by our employees.

All cargo must be identified with the name of the shipper and receiver and all luggage must be marked with the name address and telephone number of the owner.

Once your baggage is checked in, it will be placed in a secure area, as required by law, and you will not be able to access it again until you reach your destination.

We have endeavored to comply with these new government mandates while keeping inconvenience to passengers to a minimum. Please allow extra time for baggage checks and possible screening delays.
